First Beer! Tastes Great!

Woooooooo hoo. I couldn't wait any longer to try the beer, it's been
aging in the bottle for 10 days now. I'm sure it will be better in ~2
wks but it's pretty close to a Boont Amber that is a little lighter.

It's got a nice head, the color is excellent, it's very clear, and
tastes good! I couldn't ask for more on the first one, I'm really
excited. Hopefully the rest of the 16 gallons of beer I've got in
various stages now will be as good!

Hey Brett-
The beer looks great! The color looks like Red Oak, my favorite beer :)

Glad to hear the beer is tasting better after the bottling process...it certainly does look good =)

Thanks Becca! The picture is a little reddish because I color-corrected the yellowish color that came from the camera (or more accurately from the incandescent bulbs), the beer isn't *quite* that red - just a slightly reddish amber. But most importantly it tastes good!
