Authentic Vegetarian Paella

When Debbie and I were in Spain on our honeymoon we learned a wonderful paella recipe from Rick's sister who we stayed with in Valencia. I finally wrote up the recipe so I could share it, here is an adobe PDF document or a word document. This is my new favorite recipe, aside from the Indian cusine that we make all the time. It is a great dish to make for a party and feeds several people, although the preparation time can be on the long side. Let me know if you enjoy this recipe, I'm still perfecting it although I did buy an authentic paella dish from Spain to make it in!

Haven't posted for awhile

It's been awhile since I've posted anything, things have been busy lately with the good weather and social events. I've been playing a cool computer game called Halo lately, it used to be only available on the Xbox but now it's on the PC too.

I also just read a very interesting article which I saw posted on /. about how the automobile industry restricts access to the computer chips in new cars so that only the dealer can properly read the computer to fix the car. I.e. You bought a car, but you don't have the right to access the computer inside? Might as well weld the hood shut then...

Hiking in San Diego

Here's a couple of pictures of Sadahiro and I on a hike around Batiquitos Lagoon in San Diego when I was there for my trip. The weather was amazing (of course, it's SoCal) and we had a great time catching up. Quite a spread of console games you have there, Sada!
