Can you tell we're excited dog-owners by the sudden plethora of
pictures of Charlie on this blog? Yesterday he met all the neighbors
and their kids, and met our lawn mower too.

Charlie got a haircut! Here he is in his favorite place, the Lazy-boy
with Debbie.
As I type our newly acquired 5 yr old toy poodle, Charlie, is sitting
on my lap watching. I think this is about as close to his past-life of
TV-watching as he's going to get around here. So far he seems to be
adjusting well to his new Portland home, but he needs a haircut (and
so does Brett). We're excited to have him, although we may take some
breaking in as new pet owners.
